  • Vacuum sweep, spray and buff all floor areas and pavement thoroughly.
  • Vacuum clean all carpets curtains and upholstery.
  • Use appropriate chemicals to clean the toilets and washroom areas including spot cleaning on walls.
  • Collection and disposal of litters refuse including cleaning of all open drains

  • Distinct all covered drains
  • Wash all windows and squeegees with anti-dust chemicals
  • Dust clean all items above hand reach, such as light fittings; Air-conditioning vents ceilings and all other items that require step-ladder to be reached.

  • Wash all non-carpeted floor areas with two coat metalized floor polish and buff areas.
  • Moving and raking of grass lawns

  • Solid pipe descalling treatment as part of our programme for maintaining high standard of hygiene for toilets and washrooms area
  • Fumigation treatment for within and outside the building.
